About us

Even in my wildest dreams, I could not imagine that I would be so addicted to this breed after I bought my first Mastino Napoletano in 1997. It was Venuss, from a breeder in Belgium. I visited a number of shows with her and reached some impressive results. The first time that breeding these wonderful creatures crossed my mind, I quickly abandoned the thought due to lack of time. Therefore, “all” we did was to travel through Europe to enjoy different shows.

In 2001, I met my partner Anke. She was a renowned breeder of the “von Canyaya” Dogue de Bordeaux . With her breeding experience to support me, I applied for my own kennel; “a Castore et Polluce”. Anke could guarantee a continuous supervision of the puppies, and finally in the year 2002 we had our first litter. Sadly, Venuss was unable to supply me with female offspring, so I travelled to Italy to purchase a little Napolitanean girl. I have returned to Italy many times since…

Today, my kennel is no longer a hobby, but a life-task which I pursue with the support of my family.

I hope sincerely that you like my website and wish you a lot of fun reading through the pages.
